Rum Raisin Shake
Our Oatmeal Raisin Cookie adds a sweet touch to a boozy eggnog shake gets an extra twist by adding Matt’s Double Chocolate Peppermint cookies to the mix!
YIELD: 2 Servings
ALLERGIES: Alcohol, Dairy, Gluten
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package Matt’s Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (2 Whole Cookies, 4 Broken into pieces)
48 oz Container Eggnog Ice-cream
Whole Milk, As Needed
Spiced Rum, As Needed
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Powered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Ground Cinnamon, As Needed
EQUIPMENT:
Blender or Food Processor
Hand Mixer or Stand mixer
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add ice cream, whole milk, and desired amount of spiced rum to blender or food processor. Mix until desired consistency is reached.
2. Add the four cookies that were broken into pieces and mix until just combined. 3. In a stand mixer OR hand mixer, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until peaks begin to form. 4. Add powdered sugar slowly on low speed until combined and still peaks form. 5. Place ice cream in serving glass of your choice, followed by more spiced rum (if desired). Top with whipped cream, sprinkle of cinnamon, and one whole Matt’s Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. 6. Enjoy! |
